"Wife has had Tony since she moved up here from GA and I joined on in 2015 when we were married. Honestly great until you have to file a claim then it’s fighting them tooth and nail to get anything accomplished. Tony doesn’t want to hear your problems and barely does anything to help if you need it. He does the bare minimum. He will not fight for you when life happens so be ready if you have to file a claim. He’s practically a sales rep that can’t help with issues. He doesn’t give the best advice with certain situations. Now on to State Farm in general absolutely the worst company next to all-state to deal with. They will accuse you of damaging your home after a storm comes through even when you weren’t home during the storm was in another state at the same time. They will do anything and everything to not pay on a claim. If they do pay on a claim of yours be prepared to have your deductible go up as well. They will also attempt to strong arm you into accepting the first offer. They will do anything to get it done and over with. We have caught them in several lies and they continue to try and back it up. Won’t let you speak to a supervisor after you request one. This company is not loyal. They do not give fair compensation for your loses and you will have to fight them to get what you deserve. They give you what they think it’s worth nothing what your loss is actually worth. You’re better off going somewhere else."
