"I wanted to thank this office, especially Nick and Patricia. My daughter had a terrible auto accident. While on the way to the scene of the accident, I called the office to inquire about coverage, towing, etc. and next steps. Nick was so compassionate and resourceful in helping with my questions. "Recently needed to get a quote for homeowner’s insurance for a new home I’m purchasing in the Charlotte area. Nick Dennis at Tony Hefner State Farm office was excellent to work with. He made the process simple, quick, and got me an extremely competitive quote. The thing that completely sold me on Nick and his office is the fact that I called him right at 5pm last Friday afternoon and he answered the phone and said “I won’t leave work today until you have what you need”. Customer service is a dying art in today’s world. Nick’s customer service earned him and his agency my business. I had called another insurance agency, that I won’t name, about 3 days prior to calling Nick, trying to get a quote, and it has now been six days and I haven’t heard back! Do yourself a favor, call Tony Hefner State Farm, and save yourself time and headaches. Thanks Nick!!!!!"

"I’ll give the agent 5 stars and Sam the customer service rep 1 star. She’s the most unmotivated sounding person I’ve ever spoken with. Each time I’ve had to call the office to get assistance with something she always sounds annoyed or as if she’s being bothered. The delivery of her responses sounds condescending. Not sure if it’s with certain customers or if she does this with everyone. I cringe when she answers and most times want to hang up and call after hours to ask questions but there are some things that can only be discussed or requested through the agent. Perhaps she needs diversity training, so she understands how to be kind and respectful to EVERYONE that calls. She’s definitely not a good representation of this office based on the Christian values I know the owner has."
